J.S Waters Trophy for Best Sports Person
The J.S. Waters Trophy is an award to commemorate the founder of Royals Rugby Club in 1949. Jack Waters was President and 1st grade coach and an inspiration to everyone both on and off the field.

Bill Lavis Memorial Service Award (Service to Club)
Bill Lavis was originally an opponent of Royals. He was originally with RMC but came across to Royals after he left the army because he was impressed with the Club. Bill played five-eight in 1st grade. He died prematurely of heart condition. The recipient of this award is an individual who has provided valuable service to the club over an extended period.

McInnes Trophy for Most Promising Junior Graduate
This trophy was donated by Blen McInnes who was on the committee and was club secretary for a number of years. Blen also played and later went on to coach at Royals. This Trophy was donated to recognise the most promising junior player who has made progress in senior grades.

Graham Daley Memorial Shield (Most improved in the Club)
Jim Daley donated the Graham Daley Memorial Shield in memory of his son who died of a heart condition at a young age in 1978. At the time Jim was a member of Royals and the Club provided support for Jim and his family.

Ian Buttsworth Meritorious Service Award

John Blewitt CRRFUC Commitment Trophy
The Canberra Royals RFC Commitment Trophy is an award that pays recognition to the recipient(s) for their outstanding dedication and commitment to the running of the Club in areas other than administration. This award was formerly named the Kate and Graham Blewitt Award but was re-named in 2011 in memory of John Blewitt, Kate and Graham’s son and former Royals player, who passed away in 2011 after a short illness.
